Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues forward Tyson Frizell is on the verge of signing a lucrative three-year deal with the Newcastle Knights, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Rumours emerged at the backend of the 2019 season that Frizell was exploring his options, however, he quickly quashed speculation and pledged his loyalty to the Dragons for the remainder of his contract.
Frizell is off-contract at the end of 2020 with Newcastle set to sign the representative star for next year and beyond, which will end his eight-year tenure with the Red V.
He has 158 first-grade games to his name, along with 14 appearances for Australia and 11 for the Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues.
